Turn Out For Portland: On Campus Rally and March to City Hall

On Friday, November 7, Sunrise Reed invites you to join us for a rally at Eliot Circle at 3:30pm and travel by mass transit for a rally at City Hall with community partners from 5:00 to 6:30pm. Stand with us as we fight for the people we love: We demand a revocation of ICE’s land use permit, we demand a ban on the use of chemical weapons against protestors, and we demand that the national guard get out and stay out of our home! Stand in solidarity with our immigrant community as we call on our representatives and our Portland community to show up for all of us.

ICE is attacking our communities, and it is time to make our voices heard. We will not accept the kidnapping of our neighbors, the militarized violence tearing apart our families, and the authoritarian regime of Donald Trump.

Students, young people, and workers have built mass movements of resistance and non-compliance throughout history in the face of oppressive powers. It’s time to join this legacy. Will you choose apathy, or will you stand with us?

Be there: November 7, 3:30pm @ Eliot Circle. For the people we love!
