Meet Your Fall 2025 Queditors

Sokhna Gaye ‘28 is a sophomore biochemistry and molecular biology major who’s elated to be returning to the Quest this semester. Her plans for the next few months consist of praying for shorter editing nights, making sure the website is functional, and working alongside her fellow editors to edit articles. In her free time, you can find her doing something dumb with her roommate, or sleeping the day away.

Piper S. McKeever ‘26 is a senior philosophy major, unexpectedly making her return for another semester of content editing at the Quest. This semester, she is mostly focused on keeping the Quest running smoothly and assisting the other editors with managerial tasks. When she is not editing articles, she loves to watch movies with her friends, read and write poetry, and take walks in the sunshine (conditions permitting).

Isabel “Izzy” Rosa ’28 is a sophomore psychology major, as well as layout editor for the Quest. She is excited to see what articles are delivered to the Quest’s hands this fall. When she’s not working with Adobe InDesign, she spends time with her roommate, Sokhna Gaye, explores the Pacific Northwest, and listens to music. Feel free to send her any music recommendations, and she cannot wait to see what this semester holds for the Quest.

Sabina Shuman ‘28 is a sophomore political science major, joining for her first semester as a content editor for the Quest. She is looking forward to working alongside her fellow editors, and focusing on empowering student voices via increased outreach from the Quest. When she is not editing articles, she can be found surfing Wikipedia articles in the dark recesses of her room, or walking around campus far too late at night.

Vincent Tanforan ‘27 is a junior History-Literature major excited to return for his second semester as a content editor. This semester, he aims to work on expanding engagement with the Quest at Reed and beyond to bring more perspectives on local issues. When he is not editing articles, he can be found holed up in a café reading in an earnest and non-performative way or watching the finest 2000s reality television with his friends.
